With the schedule change I had to go through and cancel about 5 or so bookings for this upcoming season. I felt pretty bad for the hotels. It’s unlikely I’ll rebook because as far as I know visiting fans will be severely limited in ticket allotment if we are even allowed to attend in person at all.

Also orbitz changed their cancellation mechanism to be slightly more annoying. Probably to try and stop as many people from canceling as they can.

I have always used Orbitz, but they have lost my business over the past year. I shortened a few visits from 3 nights to 2 nights and the rate went up considerably. I called the hotel and they gave me a rate less than Orbitz. About 2 months ago I got a room, went to the hotel and they had contracted to be a Covid Quarantine site and didn't even have any rooms. I couldn't get ahold of anyone at Orbitz and finally had to dispute it with my CC. I am done with them. I know times are tough for them now but both instances felt more like scams to me.
