The state fans were awesome. Very hospitable and polite. We had a great tailgate and the game was great.
A few things about the stadium. Metal detectors to get in really, really slowed down the process. The lines were long at all the concession stands. No alcohol was served. Had to sneak in some crown. Food was good and very reasonably priced. But they ran out in the third quarter.
Overall it was a great experience. Thanks dawgs for a great weekend.

No beer really surprised me, shouldve done my research ahead of time. The atmosphere during the game felt really fake. All the chants, videos, etc. were really corny. Oh and lose the cowbells.

Glad to hear it. I was not so lucky last time I was there. My new car was keyed and me and my wife (in our 60s) were harassed. Maybe things have changed.

Completely agree. We had a great weekend visiting State and watching another LSU victory. Everyone in our group was impressed with State’s campus, stadium, people, community, etc. It couldn’t be more opposite than Tiger Stadium and the vibe in BR, but it was a cool place. Concession prices were very low, and the stadium restrooms were immaculate. The only complaint I heard about State was about the lack of variety in their concessions.
