Has agreed to a contract extension and raise. $9million yearly through 2029. Guess Oklahoma gonna have to find someone else.

He has done a great job thus far and breathed life into a program who desperately wanted to be revived. Let's see if he can keep recruiting and coaching well. I think the future is bright for VOLS.

Seems like a bit of a stretch for a guy with one good season but I don't blame Tennessee for trying to lock him up.

Elite coaches are hard to find these days and the risk is probably worth it.

I think most VOLS think 2021 was a good season too.

He took over a team with 31 transfers that went 3-7. I would say him going 18-8 the next 2 season with 7 ranked wins is a good start at UT. He had the hardest job of any coach in 2021.
