From being the first national championship starting QB to be a winning Super Bowl starting QB since Joe Montana in 1989 season.

How can anyone not like Burrow? Not too cocky, just wins, and doesn’t make excuses.

The only thing I don’t like about Joe Burrow are the LSU fans on this board.

Yeah I misread what OP was saying; phrased strangely. I would've said Super Bowl champion starting qb instead of 'a winning Super Bowl starting QB'

Thats actually a crazy stat that it’s been that long. I guess the closest to happening since that would have been Cam Newton maybe

Can't disagree with this (and I'll get some heat about it from the resident trolls). You would think 2019 was all that LSU ever had to offer college football discussions

IMO however, he will win a SB within 3 years but could very well do it this year. You never know.

They won’t get past bills/KC. I personally think it’ll be the bills.

Then if then, GB or TB? Aaron or Tom?
No way.

And say Chase is a bust who can’t catch. Bama fans circulating the “Chase preseason highlights” of his one catch.

Others to do it besides Joe Montana?

Joe Namath.

Sidenote:

Troy Aikman was the starter for half of the 1985 national championship season for Oklahoma before being sidelined to injury; went on to win three Super Bowls as starter.

Tom Brady was a member of the 1997 Michigan national championship team before doing his thing in the NFL.

Ken Stabler, I guess, was a backup for the 1965 team, although Bama fans will have to confirm that.
