Joe Burrow is going to be a star

I see him being not only a star here at LSU but in the League. He is what Carolina drafted Cam Newton for with his dual threat ability but that X factor that sets him apart. I never thought after watching him last year that he would end up being that good.
Great job by LSU's scouting department bringing him in on transfer. Probably one of the more underrated moves by LSU to build this great team.

Joe Burrow is nothing like Cam Newton at all. Tony Romo or similar would be a much better comparison.

If he hadn't of injured his thumb at OSU we wouldn't be having this conversation. Haskins was good, really good, and set all kind of records but Joe is better. Haskins just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Burrow has really good awareness in the pocket. Alot of guys just take off to take off but Burrow has that Aaron Rodgers type of recognition to run when it's available and he always makes something positive happen it seemed. I kept feeling like LSU was about to fall apart and then Burrow would do something miraculous on a scramble or throw that was money. Kid has serious chops.
