Yes, and he can hold out for a HC job at a top program, because he and O are pulling in talent like never before. After he fields the best offense in the SEC for a few years as the LSU OCC, he will get huge offers for HC positions.
I expect him gone sooner than later. Not this year but if LSU duplicates the success next year with a new QB, he’s getting a big time HC offer.

What’s really scary is paying a coach $75 million and you’re still average.
Let's go guys, lets keep this insecurity flowing.
THAT was the best comeback that you could produce?
Did the proctologist remove his foot from your arse yet?
Here's a video summary of you in this thread...

And we are glad that they won’t! That’s the idea behind 1.8 mil. If he gets a hc job then good for him but we aren’t letting him lateral to a new school because of money!

He can sign all he wants, but if an NFL job comes open, he is gone. This is just for recruiting .

The guy was on every Brady thread this morning shouting that there was no way he could be leaving.
If you don't see the insecurity in that, they I don't know what to tell you.

What on earth makes you think a school will hand over the keys to their program to a guy like that?
If they had the money Ole Miss would so do something like that
Hell we handed over the keys to our program to a sub-par o-line coach who had no qualifications or proven performance to deserve a head coaching job. And chances are we will be renewing that contract.

So...are y’all giving Esminger the boot and putting Brady as OC? I think you would have too because Brady will get HC offers.
Here’s a true story. Ensminger didn’t want the OC job. But the way LA state retirement is structured, he’s eligible for 100% of his pay based on his 3 highest years of salary. His pay was basically tripled for him to take the OC job. He’s finishing up year two of his current salary. Not saying he is retiring after next year, but I know the above to be facts.

Brady will get HC offers.
I love Brady, but at his age (30) and with his current resume, it's not going to happen. He will one day become a very good offensive coordinator and then possibly a very good head coach, but no team that can match his current salary will take a flyer on a guy this young with no track record.

Dude LSU has money in athletic department , and my opinion take politics to political board JBE has been more of an ally to LSU than Jindal who did not attend LSU , whereas JBE did

If I recall, Ed O wanted a low salary to free up money for LSU to pay its assistant coaches. He currently ranks 8th among SEC coaches which was tied with Chad Morris of Arkansas
He also deserved a low salary but that will change after this year.
But if you do shite like he’s doing you get money for you and your staff.
