When you lead the SEC at your position, and tied for second in the nation, you're the man. 47 yard average for a freshman punter.
Several other players have great talent, but this freshman was the best in the conference at his position. You can't top that.

They sure seem to have an effect on the game when we line up for easy field goals and blow them 2/3 of the time.

3 games we won that we shouldn't have were because of him flipping the field and letting the Defense go to work. I honestly think we would have lost 3 without him.

I've never given a punter a second thought till he started playing for Bama. The only one I remember at all is the guy from LSU. Wing, I think.

I was afraid that his HS stats were skewed because he played in Colorado. I'm so glad that I was wrong about that.

Crazy, but I agree. As far as dominant at a position, he's hard to beat. He's the best punter I've ever seen at Bama already.
