"Our football facilities here are on a level that are second to none."
Now, I admittedly am not a fan of this assclown but I am not a fan of our assclown AD either. Still, I've been to Mizzou .... they are not even close to having football facilities, or any athletic facilities for that matter, in the upper two thirds of this conference. It's not even close. They are 100s of millions of dollars behind in the arms race.
Sterk is delusional. And this is the guy in charge at Mizzou? He's off his rocker.
So he is claiming to have football facilities "second to none" with "none" being ....

Arkansas
LSU
Auburn
Florida
UGA
SC
Kentucky
.... all of which have just finished spending millions upon millions on upgrades that were already superior to Mizzou's.
And I am pretty sure Miss State and Ole Miss have finer football facilities as well.
Vandy might be the only one they are "second to none" in when it comes to football facilities. Mizzou may be last when it comes to baseball facilities.

I can't imagine caring this much about another school's A.D. speaking positively about their own facilities. Anyway, it's not like our facilities are bad by any stretch of the imagination.

Why the hate? He’s only pointing out that your AD is a large part of the problem as he needs to do his damn job and drum up some money to improve your facilities so you can get back to being a good program again.

Bad is a relative term. Where would you say they rank compared to UGA, UF, UT, Kentucky, Vandy, USCe, LSU, Bama, Burn, Arkansas, aTm, and the landmass schools?

Last we heard from him he was screaming that our fans were calling the Mizzou girls WBK team racial pejoratives..... you know, that all lily white team and coach of yours. While our black coach and all black team were beating their Mizzou brains out.

Show me a facilities ranking where Mizzou is even ranked in the Top 40 and we'll go from there.

What’s the facility for and is it as nice as some of the newer facilities?
I know that is completely subjective and absolutely a biased/loaded question but does it stack up?

I don’t think anyone other than Rant posters took Sterk literally. And it’s pretty normal for ADs to talk “PR language” especially at this time of the year. Scrooster just has a hard on for Sterk based on an incident that Sterk had with South Carolina.

Complaining about this is on par with complaining about an AD making public statements in support of a crappy head coach. It's seems kind of silly to get riled up over this.
