Guy hasn't evolved.

He's a flip phone trying desperately to get the latest update - but updates don't work on his device.

He's too far gone.

He stayed behind too long.

He chugged too much milk.

He has estrogen hips.

He will continue to fail.

He hurt college football with his payday.

I can only speak for myself - I have never been impressed with him.

Michigan always thinks whatever coach they have is the best coach in CFB regardless of results.

Then you can kiss his arse goodbye. I can't see Mich igan's offense moving the ball against OSU's D. Besides, I think the CUM fiasco is going to motivate OSU. OP is correct, Harbaugh is a relic. A single-wing coach in a spread offense world.

My closest friend is a UM grad, both he and his wife and his daughter ... my Goddaughter.

They were in Jersey all weekend - attended the game - huge UM fans. We all went to the Outback Bowl in January, rented a bungalo in Tampa.

He, as are all Big Blue fans, have been huge Harbaugh fans since he was hired but he called me early this morning ... the worm has turned.

He said the general consensus is that Harbaugh is probably done. The only thing that could save him in a ten win regular season with a win over Ohio State which most of them are now resigned to accepting is not going to happen.

It's probably going to be a long season for Big Blue.

Problem is, who do they go after next? If they can't win with their native son Harbaugh, Bug Blue royalty, then who?

They're in a really bad spot.

It's crazy but I can't help but correlate them into the same pile as Tennessee right at the moment. That big loss to WVA by Tennessee hurt. Pruitt has to show improvement in a hurry or it will begin to hurt their recruiting. They'll start losing recruits. Michigan is in a similar place right now even though Pruitt is just starting and Harbaugh is on the downslope of his Michigan tenure.

Michigan and Tennessee will be two interesting programs to watch this season. Tennessee has to go bowling, or else. Michigan has to win ten games and beat OSU, or else.

Family is all from Michigan, die hard fans

Harbaugh isn't done, but the unwavering support he enjoyed is gone if they don't beat Ohio St

He has to beat at least Sparty this season or he's in trouble.
The AD said he was happy with him during the off season, that can change though

He has no excuse to be this mediocre. They get decent recruiting in a conference where only Ohio State and Penn State might have more talent. He has no excuse to win less than 11 games a season with the resources given to him there.

A lot more football to be played. Harbaugh isn’t the savior Michigan fans were hoping for, but he’s not Brady Hoke or Rich Rod. Can him if he loses to OSU? For what? So you can trot the next guy out there to get his arse handed to him by Meyer?

Wrong.

"Jim Harbaugh is a better football coach than Nick Saban."

Precisely. You don't fire a coach for not beating superior programs. You fire them for consistently doing less with more and failing to establish a trajectory for the program which, given adequate resources, will allow it to compete at ever ascending levels.

Michigan ain't OSU, but they should be moving toward that comparison. Losing to the other programs is what has Michigan alumni restless...

Michigan has lost 17 straight road games againat ranked teams dating back to 2006.

So, translated that means Michigan has been floundering for a few years more than even Tennessee ... which puts things into perspective.

The better question is how is it easier to win at Stanford than Michigan
