I don't have any info at all.
It would make sense, if he did. Don't think he can actually improve his stock, and don't think opting out THIS crazy year would hurt it any.
A good argument can be made that:
1) he's proven what he can do
2) he would be safer in a more controlled environment
3) the loss of normal spring and summer practices could increase the risk of sloppy play and thus, risk injuries
I want him to play. I want to watch him. But there's probably at least 6 guys today who would be a 1st rd pick if they shut it down right now; Chase is one.

Repeat, this is 100% fake. Ryan Clark is not doing any negative recruiting nor is he dissing Coach O to the players. As for Chase, again, fake news.
