You can pick any QB in the SEC and he'd have the same record playing QB for Bama.

All these people stRting threads trashing Hurts need to take a hike. The guy is not a dynamic QB, but he helps win games and that’s what really matters. He is not a liability to the consistent level of success this team strives to achieve.

I have no idea what point you are trying to make here?

What Hurts can do running isn't something just any QB in the SEC could do. Etling by himself would have lost Bama three or four games over that 21 game stretch.

Bama isn't winning games because of Qb play

Not losing because of it either. Etling would change that.

He sucks as a passer making him a liability in the passing game. Etling would have that same record.

Bama isn’t losing because of QB play either, and that’s all that matters t the end of the day.

Saw this on the bama board...

I've seen Jay's wife. Butch would even agree that he's won a life championship.

And no one without a "row tahd" tattoo will remember his name in 10 years because he is an average QB.

I have no problem with bammer fans being happy with his record as a QB, just don't understand why you all try to convince us he is good.

If he was good, you would not have to post BS statistics.
