I have never seen a QB regress from his freshmen year quite like Jack Fromm.
Luckily his accuracy is better than his speed, which is right around that of Peyton Manning running in snow shoes.

Cager has been injured for most of that stretch. Let’s see what Burrow does with our group of WRs. Fromm has two years showing what he can do with consistent targets to throw to.
