Something is just not right with this team. Waaaaaay too many payers lost for the season and a QB that needed to just be average and can't even manage to do that. Dude sacked himself tonight. Just fell over his own feet dropping back. He's been drilled in every game so far and we're just starting to get to the big boys. The next few weeks are going to be pretty rough so y'all can get your "I told you so's" ready.

Perhaps dubbing him, "Mettsiah" was a bit hasty, and set the bar a bit high for a first time starter in the SEC?

Absolutely no playmakers on either side of the ball and the second someone shows signs of becoming one our offensive coaches never call his plays again. Just frustrating to watch. This offensive coordinator experiment is a fricking disaster.

Injuries are taking it's toll on this team, Faulk really hurt, but if Copland is out our offense will have to change.

Look as I told everyone Mett is just like Bert in his So year at LSU. Bert wasn't a good runner that year and was short on the chains many times. Bert was booed at LSU until well into his Jr year.

Bert even sacked himself before, so nothing we have not seen before..

Yet Bert is one of the tops QB's in LSU history, Rome was not built in a day and Mett is going to get better.

Last nights offensive play calls were in the 1st half like sleep walking. We passed near 3/4 of the passes to the right flat. With Towson playing 8 in the box.

If you watch in the end, the offense was allowed to open it up and Mett has a fine arm and can throw to the middle and deep, but why hold back the offense for near 3 quarters before unloading?

I guess you didn't want to show FL a lot regardless.
I expect much better play on Saturday.

I'd like to reserve one of those losses on the behalf of Gamecock Nation, please.

I think Honey Badger is very badly missed. He gave us a spark last year that is conspicuous by its absence this year.

Unfortunately, I have to agree. Same mistakes over and over. And it may be more that 2. Just sayin'.

he's not the only one. Something just hasn't connected. And it may not. Faulk injury was a disaster as someone else said. Mett isn't what ppl thought he would be at this point.

nothing in stone for LSU in 2012 at this point. They can be had after watching 5 games. Not much energy at all

Faulk injury was a disaster, Blue injury was really bad, Copeland injury will be really, really bad if he can't come back, and Mathieu was a game changer. What do you expect?
