19 LSU is clearly better. And I’m gonna bring up some interesting things to take in regards of stats and so fourth.
19 LSU
Beat 7 top 10 teams
4 in the top 5.
Beat the 4 in the top by an average of 21 points.
Key wins:
Utah State( they were actually ranked 21at end of year.)
9 Texas
8 Auburn
6 Florida
4 Georgia
4 Oklahoma
2 Alabama
2 Clemson
Awards:
Heisman, Best O line award, Biletnikoff award, National coach of year award, SEC west division champs, SEC championship, Peach Bowl Champs, National Championship.
2020 Bama
Key wins:
3 Georgia (ranked 9 currently)
13 Texas a&m (ranked 5 currently)
22 Auburn (not ranked currently)
Missouri (was ranked)
Arguably their top wins. I believe the rest of their wins are against teams with losing records.
They beat them by average of 23 points.
Likely awards: heisman, best o line, biletnikoff award, SEC west division champs, SEC Championship
Similar teams played that are top wins for them.
Georgia
Auburn
Texas am
I think it’s safe to say Auburn and Georgia were better last year then this year?
Texas am seems to have gotten better. But maybe the competition got worse.
Mostly everyone returned from that Aggay team from 19.
So conclusion: LSU beat a better Georgia team and Auburn team last year.
And blew out this similar Aggay team.
Now obviously Alabama would get a boost if they can beat everyone in playoffs. Assuming they did
They would add
Florida
Ohio state/Texas AM
Clemson/Notre dame
I don’t think that changes much. 19 LSU would still have more quality wins.
Note this is a thread to enlighten the people, please don’t melt or complain. Simply give your thoughts on why the other is better. Thank you

2020 Alabama would be the most complete SEC champion ever.

Your willingness to even engage in the conversation lends weight to the dipshits who disagree with you. Claims about Team XYZ being better than 2019 LSU should be met with a "lol. -Sent from my iPhone" & immediately forgotten.

2019 LSU beat most of these same players last season plus nine NFL draft picks and Waddle.

I don’t think so.
The SEC last year was better as a whole then this year.
Auburn
Georgia
Kentucky
Vandy
State
Tennessee
South Carolina
Ole miss
Those teams were all better last year.

Alabama will have beaten 11 of the 13 possible teams. The two they didn’t play finished in the bottom two spots of the standings.

You are breaking the the Note I mentioned in bold.
Are you melting?
Or can you not find anything to combat the argument?
Interesting...

Ole Miss was better last year? LOL

Fair enough.
You are one of few Bammers that will make a good argument for your team.

No one cares about your made up rules either.

It's a bit premature to have this conversation yet, but assuming Bama wins out, you can add another top 10 win and two more top 5 wins to the resume. And postseason awards haven't been given out yet. So your comparison is not apples to apples.

Doesn't really matter what you think.
If Alabama wins Saturday by double digits they will
- Finish #1 or #2 in every meaningful Offensive and Defensive Category
- Have beaten the Top 11 teams in the SEC - all of them by double digits (only SEC teams not to play would be #13 South Carolina and #14 Vanderbilt)
- Have an average margin of victory somewhere around 30 PPG
It may not be the best "team" ever or the best "college football team" ever, but it would unequivocally be the most dominant and complete SEC season in the history of the league.

Whatever makes you feel better bud. Your program has fallen off the face of the earth. You will never be in Alabama's stratosphere and will be living in 2019 for the next 20 years.

I think so. You were competitive in almost every game. Played LSU tough played bama pretty tough that year.
And lost one game off a dude fake peeing on the crowd.

Alabama was beating Ole Miss 38-10 at halftime and 52-17 at the end of the 3rd quarter in 2019.

I don't care enough to argue with you.
That was then, this is now. We're #1 and cruising and you're a dumpster fire.
