I'm fine with it as long as it isn't blatant and obvious like the pass interference in the Saints-Rams NFCCG a few years ago.

I think on some level officiating has declined, and with social media, it is much more noticeable because it is all everyone talks about.

I think the game has gotten faster which makes it more prone to officiating mistakes. Also, the access to play review is so much more widespread now. 20 years ago, unless you taped the game, there was no way to go back over each and every play.

on 1/30/23 at 11:17 am to TridentdsI know this is a troll of LSU fans but America's favorite sports are far too subject to the whims of the referees. Close games are decided by the refs way too often, at all levels. Super annoying to watch as I get older.

In the NFL they exist to rig games. If you don't believe that then you don't pay attention.
