Same year I graduated high school.

For as long as there have been Final Fours, it's amazing to me that there are major schools who have never managed to do it even once.

It was 1983 for UGA, our only appearance. But, it was fun beating St. Johns and North Carolina to get there. We had a close loss to N.C. State in the Final Four; but, they went on to win the whole thing beating Houston, so there was no shame in that.

You just get used to it I guess. Going back to the Norm Stewart teams through this past season here are the numbers of decent to notable seasons for Mizzou Basketball:
30-31 Wins: 2
25-29 Wins: 7
20-24 Wins: 17
...all without a Final Four
