That was an amazing moment!

So sad that Nebraska has cancelled baseball.

Bianco finally got over the hump and I feel like Van Horn will too. He’s just got to get out of his own way and stop over thinking pitching decisions instead of playing your best guy from the get go.

This has been the case for what, 7-8 years? At least?

Van Horn and Bianco are very similar. Both regularly have great teams but are snake bitten at certain points in the tournament. Bianco’s was always the super regionals. Van Horn’s is the semis and CWS finals. Bianco finally got over the hump and I feel like Van Horn will too. He’s just got to get out of his own way and stop over thinking pitching decisions instead of playing your best guy from the get go.

Just have to keep putting good teams out there and wait for things to break your way. It's a game of attrition.

Over the years, college baseball has slowly gone from an afterthought for me to being probably my most anticipated college sport. Can't wait.

Yeah, the ability to watch the games now has been a Godsend for me. I couldn’t even listen to the games on the radio where I live.

Popularity for the sport will only grow due to accessibility.

Baseball? Isn't that the one where they hit the little round ball with a stick? Seems like I remember something about it.
Anyway...wake me up when September gets here and the REAL sport starts.

I’ve been screaming at MLB for years to quit with the blackouts for this reason. I was a Braves and Cubs fan growing up because WGN and TBS

The Braves drew a big following down here because of TBS . Heck, I watched some White Sox games. Cable tv opened up alot of sports to alot of people who were starved for anything sports wise to watch. Kinda take that for granted now and complain about broadcasters…haha.

Yeah the blackouts are complete arse. It's annoying having to do the VPN thing just to watch my Reds on MLB.TV

I would say NFL>NCAA in football. It’s close but gap may widen depending on NiL. NBA was a good product years ago but college has over taken that. College baseball vs MLB no comparison. Even minor league baseball is superior to college game. Eliminate aluminum bats then might have a comparison.

That was ridiculous, we are ole miss vs we are arkansas, what could possibly happen?

It was our turn I reckon to be on the positive side of things……

You haven’t watched college baseball very much if you don’t see the drastic rise in popularity and marketing the sport has had the last 10-20 years
