I wasn't keen on the Coach O hire but was willing to watch it play out. As per Mr. Long, this is what the LSU fanbase watched play out...
"Coach O recognized the need to shake up the offense and beef up the trenches; to the hiring of Brady and the recruitment of some kid named Joe Burrow, the 2019 season was the direct result of Coach Ed Orgeron having a clear vision for the program and executing that vision to perfection. I’m confident that Orgeron will navigate these latest changes with the same vision. Whether he does so by promoting from within or by bringing someone else in will be something to watch. If it’s the latter, LSU should have no trouble attracting the cream of the crop since everything about the program – including administration, facilities, and talent – is extremely attractive right now."

Yep. Dave Aranda and Joe Brady were both instrumental in the 2019 LSU national championship team. It's too bad they're both gone now and the head coach is an idiot.

Aranda put his time in and deserves a HC job. No one heard of Joe Brady before Coach O hired him. Coach is a recruiter. He'll recruit another no named assistant coach. Then that guy will get hired away...cycle of life. Tide knows that better than anyone...
