Many teams in the SEC and nationally have not revealed their testing results. Drinkwitz said he is choosing to do so for the sake of transparency.
"This is a public health issue," he said. "It's not a competitive advantage issue. ... People should know what's going on within our football team as it relates to a pandemic."

Sure ok, I’d like to see lLSUs results for the summer to see if O was telling the truth about the whole team having it, then we can go from there.

Unless all players sign HIPAA waivers, that would be illegal

Dingus has some things to learn about the SEC. Keep the lid tight.

Yep, to show Mizzou has bigger balls than Notre Dame, who is canceling their game because they have 7 positives.
Mizzou has at least 14.

Technically, yes they are; however, most schools have their athletes sign a waiver. That being said, everyone's health information is theirs and theirs alone, so they can rescind the release at any point.
The NFL has a clause in its CBA that allows organizations to release injury news, but there are stories of athletes' information being released without consent (i.e., Ezekiel Elliott and Jason Pierre-Paul).

And HIPAA said "I don't care if you tell people about your testing results... just as long as PII us put out. If you want to reveal that 5 players tested positive, that's your choice. Just as long as names and other PII isn't released."

The process of elimination poses a challenge.

May as well as stand for something since you won't be winning anything anyways. I applaud his political acumen.

Some people are scientifically ignorant. The testing is massively unreliable with far too many false positives to take it seriously.
