Moral victories and shite of that type are stupid and will be forgotten by everyone except the fans of your school and the school that wins it all.

That is short sighted.
As an A&M fan Bama winning the NC makes our win against Bama look that much better. For LSU fans it lessens the blow of that loss.
As an SEC fan in general an SEC team winning it be that Bama or Georgia, it helps the conference profile. With people already saying that conference is down, there is no better way to shut them up than demolish competition in the bigest games possible.
I mean if your school isn't going to win the NC what is better, that someone in your conference does or someone in an inferior conference does?

It's also short sighted to believe that Bama winning it doesn't hurt your program at all. You are in the SEC and one team's win (directly or indirectly) is another team or teams loss.

How so? What ... it is going to bump Bama's recruiting even higher? It is the law of diminishing returns. They are already dominant in recruiting and pretty much get their pick, another national title for Bama will not effect A&M to any great extent.

Why in the hell would I want Bama to play for another National Championship? I don't think I could stomach more Bama fans on here with their "we are invincible, Saban is the second coming" crap for another offseason. Sorry Gumps, you will not get my support.

Hang round this league for a few yrs & you'll develop the same dislike for bama's arrogance as the rest of the league. Normally, yes, I'd pull for any SEC team to beat any of those others, especially ND or the ducks. But were bama to win, pimping the SEC's profile is not worth the 12 mths of BS we'd hear. I'll just put it this way: I'd pull for bama to win as hard as their typical fan would pull for LSU. i.e. "ain't happening".

yea i dont want the streak to continue. I dont like the streak in the first place because im not a sec fan. I would rather other conferences win it if LSU or the grind isn't winning it

Yes, LSU fans are stupid for not wanting our division rival who recruits against us to win 3 of the last 4 national titles.
If anyone from the SEC has to win it all not named LSU, I hope it's UGA. But regardless, I'm not a fan of the SEC. I'm a fan of LSU.

If Bama wins the the CG I will be wearing my Crimson , if GA wins I will be wearing my red...just hope if it's GA they will be at least 10 pt underdogs....they always play better as underdog.

I'm an LSU fan....not an SEC fan. so no....i do not want to see bama in the BCSCG. I'd be fine with seeing UGA in it though. sorry if that hurts your feelings
