Is Waddle really healthy or is this Saban genius?

I hear Waddle is good to go, that might be true. But Ssban is the GOAT and if Waddle is not 100%, Ohio State has to play like he is.

I don’t know if he is close to 100% after a high ankle sprain, but just having him in there is goiing to make OSU worry.

He broke his leg. As far as I know there was no sprain involved. He is practicing.

The injury was more akin to what happened with Kenyan Drake in 2014 at Ole Miss.

We are I think 10-11 weeks post injury. He’s obviously healed but where is he from a rehab perspective? I think he’s probably very close.

Ok I thought it was a high ankle sprain. Regardless, he is a huge threat and OSU has to worry until they figure out he’s not 100%

No need to say “or” OP. They are not mutually exclusive. Both can be true or not. Does not change Saban’s genius.

Saban said he was cleared, and that’s not something he’d just lie about. I think the determining factor is going to be Waddle’s conditioning. He’s been running for a couple weeks, but he likely won’t be in game shape, IMO. I would be thrilled to have him for half the offensive snaps, but I’m not going to get my hopes up.

Cheetahs don’t need conditioning.

I’m sure he’s “healthy”, but no where close to being ready...and by that, I mean Explosive with quick cuts and hitting that extra gear to separate.

He might dress or go out pre-game, create all kinds of buzz, but I wouldn’t expect much. If I were him, I wouldn't risk re-aggravating it. Go make your first rd money.

Buckeye fans will look like Clemson fans if they lose. Won’t see any of them after the game.

Now, having sais that, Ohio State is damn good. So good I’m not sure who wins. Their defense is better than Bama but I really like the Bama offense. It’s gonna be a close game.

No sauces but he will play in this game.
I never bet but would put a hundred on this. Unless he tweaks something in practice this week, he will play.

If Waddle steps on the field on our first offensive possession and that doesn't fire up our team enough to blow out OSU, then we don't deserve to win.

I’m sure Waddle wants to play, but he shouldn’t.

Guy is a first round pick. I imagine any kind of rushing back to the field could lead to an injury.

Then you don't know defenses.

If doctors say he's ready, why shouldn't he?

So is half the team.

Why do you think he's rushing? The thought has been all along that he might be ready by the playoffs. We might even speculate they've given him extra time knowing he wouldn't be needed against ND.
