Is Vandy the first to win all 10 SEC series, or did someone else do it?

I really don't know. Perhaps USCe did it in their 25-5 season in the early 90s. I know our 2007 team won all the series except the one against Arkansas.

I'm sure LSU did at least once in the 90's and early 2000's

I don't think so.
I'm sure South Carolina did in 2000.

We've done it once and almost done it two other times.

Recently LSU won 9 SEC series in 2013 and 2009.

LSU won that series in 2000.

BTW, we played a lot of tough teams this year, but BAMA was the most tenacious we played. They would not go away and literally battered our entire pitching staff (it did not help that we walked a ton of batters). I think they may do some damage in Hoover, especially with home field advantage.

Eh.. 4 of the SEC series were Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri, and Auburn.

Our "Play by Play" announcer is not sure. Does anyone have a definitive answer (and please post the year)?

Yes vandy is the first team to win all 10 SEC series.

Yes, and you also played Missouri and Auburn. Additional (correct me if I am wrong) you did not play one OOC game outside the State of Louisiana. We played both Oregon and Louisville on the road.

Any LSU fan not giving yall props is a pure hater that should be ignored. Vandy is the cream of the crop this year, with LSU a solid #2.

My compliments for your disposition. And of course LSU's baseball tradition is so rich, I need not even mention it.

I want to see LSU Vandy play. It would be one excellent match up I think.

I think the 97 Tigers won all SEC series. There was a lot of talk of similar records this weekend on the game talk shows because LSU set their team record for SEC wins even though they lost one series this year (to aTm I think).
Correction: Checking the LSUSports.net the 97 Tigers lost series to Bama
