He has played a good half of football and now the Bammers have anointed as the best QB ever. Georgia probably didn't spend a lot of time preparing for Tua to play in the game so they were caught a little flat footed. How good will he be when other teams are prepared for him? I don't see him being a head case like JJ, but what happens when he loses a game, the Gumps will go nuts and want Jalen back.

Yea, one good half against 7-6 Arkansas at home in August is totally the same as one good half against Georgia in the National Championship down 10 points.

He's clearly a fraud

No, Tua just won a real National Title. No matter what happens from now on, in Tua’s career, he can’t be as bad as JJ imo.

JJ threw for over 250 yards in a half against an Arkansas defense that had a good secondary. All I'm saying is careful of what you wish for, we had a mobile QB that wasn't great at passing and couldn't wait for JJ to take over and we all know how that ended.

Oh, nevermind, definitely the same thing as what Tua did.

Yea, us too, then we made the move and won the national championship.

He may be JJ 2.0.

He may not be JJ 2.0.

Bit that does not change the fact that this is a dumb question to pose. Its just asking for ridicule from opposing fans.

The bammer QB is not what I wonder about on a thursday in April.

JJ 12/16 243 one half

Tua 14/24 166 one half plus overtime 41 yards was on one play in overtime so technically 13/23 125 in the second half.

At home vs a team that hadn't won a SEC game in roughly 3 years and went 7-6

In the national championship game down 10 pts vs the SEC Champions

With the news of Jalen potentially transferring breaking today I think it's very appropriate question.

I mean I could post Tua's stats against Vandy and Ole Miss too I guess. Would be more applicable.

I can't wait until the Iron Bowl at Jordan-Hare west this year, Tua will be running for his life the whole game.

I mean, I'm still salivating over that throw in the Vandy game.

You are 1-4 there vs Saban with 3 blowouts. Your only win was your best team in 50 years beating the worst Saban team of the last 10 years. By 1 point.

Jordan Hare West lol.

I hear ya brother!....when there's little hope, you grab hold of anything that might look like it.
