Nah, I was stationed in NOLA for four years. LSU fans are great irl. They just go full retard on the internet.

I don’t get what’s so hard for the Gumps to understand. This team had its struggles early on. The Troy game had everyone asking would this team even make a bowl game. Last night, no matter how the Gumps try to spin it, they got lucky. LSU had WRs running behind safeties all night. Etling just isn’t good enough. To beat Bama you have to have your QB be a playmaker. That was the difference last night. Hurts made plays and extended drives when he had to. Etling made shitty throws or took sacks in those same situations. He had tons of time to throw last night. Much different than Bama games in the past. LSU out-physicaled Bama on the lines for the most part which hasn’t happened in 6 years. LSU isn’t going to become a 6-7 game winner anytime soon. This team with this staff and with the kids on the roster/coming in will be competing for championships for the foreseeable future. Miles completely handcuffed the roster with 7 years of shitty QB, OL, DL recruitment. That’s changing now.

This has been their theme. It’s weird. It’s like they want to be our rivals.

Bama fans are melting over LSU fans not melting.

You talking about the life long Louisiana residents with multiple fanbase personalities who were Miami fans in the late 90s, USC fans in the early to mid 2000s, and all Bama since 2009? It is a complete pain in the arse, but I find if you ask them to tell you the ballad of Mike Price you can slip off while they look at you with a blank stare.
