Is there any chance Oklahoma comes without Texas?

Some have alluded to the alleged "gentlemen's agreement" and USCe, Florida, and Georgia aligning with aTm to keep out Texas. But that doesn't impact Oklahoma. Is there any chance that the SEC tells the Horns to frick off and finds an Eastern team to counterbalance the addition of Oklahoma to the current West? Just a thought.

Kentucky is in that agreement too. If so, we all screwed A&M and voted yes if the 13-1 vote is true.

Nah
Get them both or none at all. Texas is a huge market. OU has a great following but, smaller TV numbers

It’s still the entire state of Oklahoma and Oklahoma has a NBA team. There aren’t many more markets the SEC could realistically get except NC and VA.

In our wet dreams.
They are coming together and it's a done deal.

It would be funny if at the last minute they left Texas just hanging out there and brought Okie and then West Va with them.

UF didn't screw anyone. In fact it was our president (Machen) who first suggested to A&M's president (Lofton) that they join the SEC.

he will also drive to the Upstate school to personally welcome them into the SEC when ESPN/Disney contractually bribes/forces the ACC to forfeit its GOR restrictions. CU is coming along with FSU, Tech & Louisville - in time. prepare yourself now.
