Is the Rant reserved for millennials only?

I am a proud graduate of LSU who is also very proud to be 70 years old. Every now and then as I read the rant I get the impression that anyone who is not in their 20s or 30s is not welcomed on this site. Is this the norm? If so, perhaps there ought to be an SEC rant exclusively devoted to those of us who are baby boomers and beyond.

You are more than welcome, you might not get some of the references or stay up to speed, but there are other folks your age on the board

No, but you are outnumbered, and sometimes the posting style of the older generations is a tip off on their age. I enjoy talking to a lot of older posters, and am friends with more than one off the board. I have even exchanged family photos with one who I deeply respect.

I myself have plenty of bark. Not as many rings as you, but more than most here. Chime in anytime and don't worry about being understood or misunderstood. More than half of the posters don't know what they're talking about either

I have survived being a political refugee in this country. I have also survived countless roadblocks. I am happy to say that I am proud of myself and my accomplishments. I appreciate your concern, but trust me, I can handle just about anything that comes my way whether it is on this site or anywhere else
