With such a rich history of role model, Heisman caliber QBs under Gus such as Cam Newton, Nick Marshall, and Jeremy Johnson; is Bo Nix really the best option on the plains?

I liked what I saw out of Gatewood last week. But I think Bo has the higher ceiling and has shown some flashes of being pretty good. It's hard to do shite when you are running for your life and can't generate 20 rushing yards in a half.

It's 2019 so we won't judge you or your fan base for being bi-curious. Just you and Clem keep it behind the barn and on the down low.

As for Bo Nix, He will fail like every other AU QB that enters the Valley of Death. Hopefully, he doesn't crap his pants on live TV.

Or he may enter the Heisman race based on what I saw from your defense last week.

Auburn’s receivers are hurt, the OL is still the same as last year (bad) and his running backs are mediocre at best.

Year 7 of Gus Malzahn and we have those issues going on plus having a TF start at QB.

When Seth Williams and Anthony Schwartz get healthy, the offense should get a boost in playmakers.

If he plays bad, I can assure you it won’t be because of LSU’s defense.

It’ll more related to Gus calling plays and the aforementioned issues Auburn has going on with the offense.

Put it this way... Jarrett Stidham is backing up Tom Brady and the Patriots and he was a middle of the road Qb in the SEC.

Gus has had an identity crisis ever since Nick Marshall left. He wants to have a balanced attack with elite passing but he’s just not good with the passing game and developing qbs. It also doesn’t help when our interior offensive line is getting dominated by teams like Tulane.
