He's the best coach they have had in a while. They think they are supposed to be on Bama's level & fire him at the end of the season, & return to the 7-5 program they truly are.

Considering the amount of freshmen we are playing, we win 8 + 1(bowl game), that should be enough to give him a year. Now, the fact that we are play 18 freshmen is mostly his fault detracts from that. Still, finish in the top 3 in the west with this team and then turn around for at least a 10 win season next year and he'll get a nice extension. Hopefully he will have learned how to manage QB's by then. If we get another 8 win regular season next year, nah, it's time to move on.

Beating Alabama got him like 5 years, so only losing by single digits is good for 1-2
