Did Treadwell ever recover from that injury? I thought he was going to be a superstar before that happened. I can't hate on him after that.

Nkemdiche, though- he just flat-out ruined his career all by himself. Kid "got paid", though... I guess that's all that mattered to him.

Yes, that injury happened his sophomore season. He had 82 catches for 1200 yards and 11 TDs his junior season.

I think his issue is probably he has the build of a WR1 but not the speed or athleticism. He didn't run the 40 at the combine and ran a 4.6+ at his pro day. He also only had a 33 inch vertical. He didn't do much better in other drills either. This may just be a case where he doesn't have the athleticism for the NFL.

Treadwell isn't doing well because route running and technique are things you can't survive without in the NFL, in college his size and athleticism was enough to dominate.
