Pennsylvania use to be one of the most talent rich states in the country and especially western PA
For whatever reason it's completely fallen off the map.

Still have lots of $$ and a big footprint and still makes it a desirable job.

PSU has a huge following and always show up.

It is certainly a top tier job in CFB.

Following the Sandusky affair, the football program should have received a multi year death sentence.

They're a has-been blueblood along with Nebraska, Tennessee, etc.
