Not true
Myles would've been the starter the past 2 years if he didn't lose weight as soon as he got on campus. He was already super skinny at like 190 and went down in the 170s. He's also like 6'5.
We weren't gonna throw him out there when he was that skinny. He would've died.
Saying this because there would've been no reason to go after Burrow if he was at the weight he needed to be.

Point is, if you have a elite QB, it doesn't matter if he is a redshirt freshman or not.
Brennan isn't a elite QB, not even a good one.
LSU will get a grad transfer QB this year and Brennan will never start a game at LSU.

It was a given that LSU Alabama would be an insanely high scoring game. Not only was everyone positive that LSU’s offense was legit, it was obvious that Alabama had MAJOR problems on defense. It was almost unanimous that LSU would score a ridiculous amount of points on Alabama.
Nobody gave Georgia a chance.
TONS of people were all in on LSU lighting Clemson’s defense up.

I’m not sure the point you’re trying to make. Are you saying that in two full games as Alabama’s QB1, Jones is only 2 yds per attempt better than Brennan playing mop up with LSU’s 2 and 3’s?

Brennan was a Tr Soph in '18. He played in only four games and redshirted. He was a RSoph in '19 making him a Jr heading into the '20 season.
