1. Brock Bowers- 203 yards (Freshman)
2. Jermaine Burton- 173 yards (Sophomore)
3. Adonai Mitchell- 119 yards (Freshman)
4. Arian Smith- 67 yards (Sophomore)
5. Ladd McConkey- 58 yards (Freshman)

Obviously we still have Pickens, Blaylock, Jackson, Gilbert, and Washington out.

Our #1 pass catcher is a true freshman. Our #2 WR is a 3-star true freshman. Yet honestly this WR group seems better than any we’ve had in recent years. Is this a product of Monken finally implementing his system, or UGA finding a couple diamonds in the rough?

I think we have finally found two overmatched defenses to pad stats against. Let's see how we do against Kentucky, Auburn, Arkansas and Florida

I watch too much Army football. I was about to say, well you need a good QB/FB combo and it is unconventional but you can't deny Monken has had a lot of success at Army.

You couldn’t score a TD vs the only good team you played…you did great vs two really bad teams though. So proud of you guys!

Yet that never happened in the past. Our WRs were never this open 2016-2019, no matter who we were playing. But then again, our offensive attack was 90% curl routes and back shoulder fades.

There’s a clear difference in the offensive gameplan. We attack the middle of the field more and the RBs and TEs are more involved.

Don’t you remember year after year of us passing for like 120 yards against Vandy or something and trying to convince ourselves that we were just trying to keep the offense vanilla to keep it off film?

I agree with you on the back shoulder fades. I get nauseous when I see that play. What an uncreative way to play offense

It's difficult to tell this early, certainly looks solid. At some point Georgia will have pass the ball when it doesn't want to, that will answer any questions about Monken's system.

Don’t hear people say that much, but they’re pretty good this year

If our run game this year is Monkens game plan, then that part is certainly not working. I think Kirby is meddling too much with the offense during the game and needs to back off.

Receivers were open a lot all last season. This season they've been open a lot too. Monken seems to be good at scheming people open.

Nah. It could definitely improve but both UAB and SC stacked the box and we made them pay through the air. If they start dropping guys back and we can’t run I’ll be worried

Kirby is finally opening things up and people are still bitching.

Did you really just start a thread flexing about offense and referenced WRs with 67 and 58 yards through 3 games?

Georgia Tech's offense scored more points on Clemson than Georgia's offense.

Georgia reminds me of those early Saban era teams that weren’t pretty or exciting offensively but the defenses were stacked so they’d win like 31-7/35-10 every week because their opponent just couldn’t get anything going.

I feel your pain. I survived the John L. meltdown, Bert, and Chad. That will leave a mark on a man's soul.
