Is it possible for Nick Saban to reach 490 wins?

Saban is at 218 right now. What are the chances that he can retire as coach with the most wins? Is it to late for him? I think he wasted to much time at inferior schools like MSU and LSU. I get he learned a lot while at those schools but I think he could have left those places sooner.

This is the stupidest fricking question that has been posted on this board in the last hour.

He'd have to keep his current all-time great pace until he's about 90

He can do it if he goes undefeated for the next 18 years or so.

15 wins a year for the next 18+ years.
you either didn't think this out or you really, really suck at math.
Maybe both?
Maybe stupid?

He has averaged 12 wins a year at Alabama. He has 218 wins in his career. He is 66 years old. If he could even maintain 12 wins a year moving forward, he would have to coach to 89 to reach 491 wins.

His chances although almost nil are enhanced by O being retained at lsu.

66 years old, 44% of the way to 490.
If he had gone undefeated at Michigan St and LSU he would be 53% of the way there.

How does someone get to 490?
49 years of 10 win seasons just seems so off the charts possible
