Is it fair to say Tua was the MVP of the offense and Moses was the MVP of the defense.

I know, it’s a team sports. What I really don’t know is if the loss of Moses is as big as the loss of Tua.

Tua was indeed a great player when he was at Bama. Was a smart move to cut Jalen.

Both are massive losses.
The defense would’ve been much better this year with Moses. There have been other players lost but he was the alpha going in.

Sorry but Moses is no where near the loss of Tua. Tuas their best QB ever and a top 10 SEC QB ever. Maybe top 5.

Of course this is true, but it is hard to understate how much losing Moses hurt the defense.
The list of players Bama could not afford to lose in defense had one name on it at the start of fall camp and of course, he was out before the season even started.

Moses is a great athlete and a good lb.

Yes. Moses is as big of a loss to the defense as Tua is to the offense. Moses was the alpha who called plays for the front-7 and could make sure everyone's in the right position and knows their assignments.
