South Carolina had been straight up bad under him. Seems his termination will be inevitable.

With Ray Tanner as AD, anything is possible.

Didn't they beat a top 5 team on the road last year?

I was shocked he was retained. I’m assuming there’s an unfortunate story relating to his buyout I am out of the loop on.

They've always been bad, arguably worse than MSU. Their fans must be great to maintain high attendance through the decades (likewise for State). I don't mean that as a slight, I know how tough it is from being a longtime Saints fan

Pretty even except for SC's atrocious bowl record. I do think Spurrier's peak at SC was better than Sherrill or Mullen's at MSU, but they did have two

That looks worse for MSU considering they’ve been in a conference the entire time.

You also didn’t say pretty even, you said worse.

We've also played Alabama more than anyone outside Auburn, I do believe.

Eh I think it’s fair to agree we’re both shite. You’re not gonna say MSU is worse, I’m not gonna say South Carolina is worse.

Just having some fun with king of the poisons over here

That is because like Ole Miss yall didn't have a large enough stadium for the longest time despite having the 2nd oldest in the FBS. When Hewey P Long finally got the state to fund LSU's stadium in 1924 MSU's stadium only housed 3000. Tiger stadium was built housing 12,000. In 1928 MSU did renovations and upped the seating to. 6000.

Meanwhile LSU and Tulane got into a building battle of who could have the largest stadium in the FBS.

If I remember correctly MSU played LSU in Baton rouge almost 30 years straight from 1932 -1961. I think there was only one game in Jackson towards the end.

MSU and Ole Miss made a lot more revenue playing at opposing stadiums or neutral, instate locations than they would playing at their own.
