Is Hurts now the best QB in the Big 12?

Looking at what returns in the Big 12 next year and my god it’s awful
No wonder Jalen is going to OU, it’s OU and Texas and a bunch of 6-6/7-5 teams
The only thing I could come up for competition is Sam Ehlinger and Charlie Brewer at Baylor and Purdy from Iowa St. yeah, it’s that bad
So basically it comes down to who’d you take- Ehlinger or Hurts?
Give me Jalen all day

Isn't Jalen 26-2 as a starter? I'd say that probably makes him the best QB in the BIG XII next year.

He’s the 2nd best behind ellinger .....there is no Bama defense to save him now.

Jalen is better than Sam.

I just got the tremors thinking of those arguments starting again

Oh I'm sure a lot of people have a lot to say about that.

Good luck!

Elligners number this year were incredible. He’s very accurate and a strong runner. He passes way better than Hurts does and is equally as good running.

The team was 26-2 in spite of jalen. 1 of these credited wins was the uga natty game

Not one single part of that statement is true. He does literally nothing better than Hurts. Passing, running, or decision making.

That the same Jalen that came in and threw darts this year in the SEC CCG, put his team on his back, and led them to victory? That guy?

Hurts is already at 6/1 to win the Heisman. Damn. He’s gonna go nuts in Norman

Of all people to know what I said is true it should be Georgia fans. He absolutely thrashed UGA. Your defense was overrun. Ellinger was a big part in that. It’s funny how fast you can forget that arse whooping. He rushed for 3 tds .... that’s all.
Ellinger 3200 yards passing 25 tds 5 int
2
Ellinger rushing 16tds.... 41 total tds.
Hurts best year he only had 2700 yards 23 tds 9 int. Hurts had 8 tds that year rushing as a full time starter 31 total tds.
So what part isn’t true again?

Remember Jalen played real defenses, while Ehlinger didn't really face anything worth a damn. I expect Hurts to go off in the defenseless league

Couldnt have been a perfect year for his style of play to arrive at OU. We lost 4/5 of our OL. Theyll be talented but all freshman and a sophomore. Thanks Bama!

Hurts played this year, BTW, and greatly improved his passing.
73% COMP 11Y/A 196 Rating.
Best rushing year for Hurts: 954 YRDS 13 TDS.
What is it that Sam does better again? Well, I stand corrected one one thing. He does power running at the goal line better.

He was 26-2 going into the UGA game. Bama won even though Tua brought Alabama back.
Jalen was 26-2 entering the fourth quarter of the UGA SECCG - Jalen brought Alabama back
Does football have no decisions and saves like baseball?
He's either 27-2 or 26-2 with 1 save.
