That’s what I’m hearing as well.

Pay attention during the NIT.

He’s got one more year, which we all figured anyways.

I think he probably was told he needed to win 20+ games next year to keep his job.

He should. He is a great coach! Super hire for Bama.

He should be. Great coach and bama just needs to be patient with him. He needs at least 3-4 more years to get his players in and turn things around.

That attitude is why bama basketball won't get any better. You need consistency of coaching staff and patience.

Oh we have been consistent with Avery. But it's time for another team to benefit from his basketball genius. We can't be selfish.

He's got a good class coming in. He needs another year.

I am honestly deeply saddened with the way Avery is portrayed on this board.

It makes me sick.

Bama better lock him up before he jumps to the NBA. Coaches of his caliber don't come around very often. I'm thinking a 7 year $49M contract should do it.

Unfortunately the siren song of the NBA will lure him away.

Let’s give it all to him in year 1and double it if he can win the nit 2 years in a row.

The bet is usually on the status quo side, but I'd wait until after their NIT is over to see this time around.

He will stay and I don’t really see The team being better next year either.

Avery's followed Grant's trajectory to a t so far so next season will probably be his worst
