Is Arkansas cursed?

Had the best basketball team in 1995 after winning the title in 94 only to get blown out in the championship game by UCLA. Fires Nolan Richardson and has 25 years without even a Sweet-16.
Bobby Petrino took Arkansas to 10 wins in 2010, followed by 11 wins in 2011. Then he fell off of a motorcycle in 2012 and Arkansas football completely fell apart.
Dave Van Horn is in contention every single year for the SEC and CWS. Dropped a pop fly in 2018 to finish 2nd. Finished 3rd this year losing to the last team to make the field.
Arkansas has arguably the best athletic program in the SEC but can't get over the hump in the big men's sports.
It's obvious we are cursed at this point.

Things change but with Arkansas' recruiting base, historically the BP years were the ceiling in football.

11 win regular season is pretty much the ceiling for 95% of college football.

The biggest sport is football and Arkansas has never won an SEC title in the 30 years they’ve been in this conference.

Not winning enough games and having a meltdown on TV about racial topics. He didn't get along with Frank Broyles and despised him for 17 years. Then sued for university for racism right after Stan Heath was hired. He couldn't prove a thing and lost. For years bridges were burned and Nolan kept a low profile. Things change and he is in good standing with the program.

I think the fiance found them both. Bobby jumped on his bike and took off with the dude and his fiance in a car chasing him down. He either was run off the road or he stopped, the dude got out of his car and beat his arse. He took off and left the girl with Bobby, he called the police. I think Bobby lied in his press conference that he was the only one but the police report said he was with a girl.
Bobby tried to cover it up because the dude either blackmailed him or he was embarrassed for the infidelity or the arse beating.

The State of Arkansas is surrounded by states with football talent. Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana. Sam Pittman has been recruiting Georgia hard since he has been here.
