Depth.
Size.
Style Of Play.
Coaching.
Star Power.
Its 15 guys on this picture...14 played. at least 9 played in the NBA. This is the best team I've ever seen.

Well, if Osborn's one-dimensional Nebraska team can be called the best college football team of all time, then yeah, why not? Go for it.

Modern era which I would call after the three point shot I would say yes. The UCLA Teams would be hard to compare because there was no three point shot then. The three point shot changed the game and would have made those great Bruin teams a little more vulnerable. They just flat killed people in the paint and had an effective zone press but not as frantic as Kentucky or Arkansas' versions. They also generally only played 6 guys. 1996 Kentucky was a constant rotation in and out and went 14 deep. Guys like Prickett, Epps, Mills and Edwards never played in the NBA but were good players in their own right. Mills and Edwards were keys in the 1998 title run.

Larry Coker as head coach should single-handedly stop that propaganda.

And they only beat VT by 2 points and needed a miracle to beat BC.

Who did they lose to in the SEC tournament title game?

A team they had already blown out in the regular season?

1996 Kentucky is the best modern day college basketball team to win the title. 1999 Duke is the best college basketball team I’ve ever seen but they failed to close the deal.

Lawdy, what is this so-called modern-day basketball you speak of? Like, all the way back to 1990?

UNLV would blow them off of the court with today's rules.
