Well, good luck with it. I doubt you guys hire Venables. I think it would be a mistake to hire Leach.

I was frickin' screaming it from the top of my lungs, man. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with our hire, but eventually Venables is gonna make the jump somewhere and someone will have picked up a truly elite coach.
Supposedly the "reasoning" for not hiring Venables the last two times was because, "he has never been a head coach anywhere before", but then we went and hired an offensive line coach.
Love Pittman though. I'm not trying to shite talk him.
