Maybe but I just want the 4 best teams in the playoffs. Doesn't matter who they are.
Btw, TCU is not one of them. Those stats look nice but nine of their opponents are from the Big 12. Take it fwiw.

“Ranked wins” cracks me up.
1. Most ranked teams are pretty mediocre.
2. You can only play the teams on your schedule.
3. “Ranked wins” is a way to imply “ranked losses” which haven’t happened.

Objectively , LSU’s road schedule hasn’t been much this year. The swamp is hostile and they had it rocking the night we played the Gators. Unfortunately , Florida just isn’t a good team despite beating Utah early in the season. Arkansas is mediocre. Auburn is bad. A&M is bad. We got lucky catching Alabama and OM at home this year.
In my opinion , there are no quality teams this year. Georgia should absolutely be crushing teams with all of that talent. Kirby coaches down to his opponent with his Les Miles style of play calling. They may win it all, but won’t do so in an impressive fashion.

Now do Top15 or Top10 wins. Big 12 sucks but for some reason all of them are ranked.

I've seen these stats tossed around all week and yet I haven't seen a single entity rank TCU ahead of the others. Me thinks the data might be a little suspect.

So a subjective invitational that’s a little better than the BCS but is in no way an actual playoff. Why have conferences or a regular season with this “methodology”.

Another bad take. Kirby coaches to win games taking away what the opponent does best. He doesn’t care about style points, and is so far ahead of miles it’s laughable you would compare the too.

I decided to look at wins vs currently ranked teams versus “ranked at some point this season”
Georgia 2 (unchanged)
Overrated State 2 (unchanged)
Michigan 1 (unchanged)
TCU 2
Obviously trying to prop up TCU there

I don’t get this animosity toward TCU this year by LSU fans. Do we perceive that they are in the way of us getting into the playoff? If we win against GA, we’re in.

TCU is above LSU no disagreement, but I would think a committee could see thru the fact they should easily win the Big12 this year. OK and Texas are awful, KState is average but is the only other team with a pulse.
LSU is ranked too high but TCU is not a good team.
