Indeed!

After all the shite that has been reported on about auburn the past two weeks, this is the best response? What a shite show. Great example of zero leadership and playing politics at the highest level. This ain’t getting corrected any time soon, and I would be very concerned if I was an auburn fan with them hiring the next coach.

As much traction as some of those stories have gotten and the way it’s put the whole auburn fan base in a tizzy, your ad can’t come out and dispute them? Indeed. Trolling aside, I would be worried with auburn’s future.

I honestly think the Auburn fambly is purposely stirring up a bunch of shite, just because they think that the more chaos their team has in the offseason, the more likely they think they will have success the following year.

Saban is the mayor. sheriff, athletic director, university president, and football coach of Tuscaloosa. No one has a voice in that town.

And it’s worked pretty damn well. Y’all should hire a coach that’s worth a damn and try it.

Agree, keeping Reuben Foster's behavior under the radar for that long is impressive.

The beat writers, radio shows, and local tv all parrot each other and circle jerked all that bullshite.

I do think auburn people were behind the rumors however. They knew the Alabama media would eat that shite up. Negative auburn stories get clicks from fans of both teams.

And it represents the exact reason auburn will be going 7-5 for the foreseeable future, and will be going through this every off season. No leadership to be found anywhere in that program.

Not likely. We will eventually make a change and be right back in the mix.

Auburn needs a Fulmerish type guy, someone who is reasonably well-liked and can just tell people to shut the hell up and get this thing fixed. Dye's too far past his prime to do it anymore.

I agree, but auburn continues to be in denial about it. We’ll all get to sit and laugh at them every offseason. Kind of like our basketball program, but that should be changing soon because I have a firm belief that Byrne is a bit different than Bill Battle.

That's terrific news, can we get it in writing?

Because that’s exactly what our recent history has shown
