In all seriousness, is LSU better than Tennessee right now?

LSU definitely has more talent, and it’s incredible how much they have improved in just a few short weeks. If the two played today the results would be much different. LSU would win.

Totally agree, LSU would win. Not even close.

LSU had a legitimate well deserved win over Alabama.

Tennessee did not.

LSU did everything possible to shoot themselves in the foot. Kelly went super aggressive to win the game and it ended up costing them even more. Perkins wasn’t ready yet, either

Tennessee’s offensive line really needs to grow some balls before I can trust that they can beat a real top ten team.

I wold not say we are better, but I was hoping Tennessee would win so we could get another shot at them, they beat our asses but I do think we play much better against them if we had the shot

To say that suggests that neither LSU or Bama are top 10 in your book. OR you are discrediting the fact that Georgia has an NFL DL.

I was hoping Tennessee would beat UGA so we could play again. We are a totally different team than we were that day.

I have no idea but I will say that UT is what slapped us across the cheeks and woke this team up. They have been different since then.

Agreed. I still don’t know if we would have won that day, but we were our own worst enemy that day.

LSU just entered the top ten. They are much better than when y’all last played. Young QB has grown up a lot.

Doesn’t matter. Tennessee is out. LSU is in for now.

We played poorly vs Tennessee. Just happy that game is behind us now.

Yep, sometimes you have to get your arse handed to you to wake up.

This is what I’m happiest about. Plus our freshmen are getting exponentially better each week.

LSU has a defense that is solid. I think they could beat the Vols on a neutral field.

I don't know because Tennessee is still a very good team, but Perkins is a complete game changer and he only played a couple of plays. Also, LSU lost their best O-lineman the night before and had to shuffle guys around even more when they lost another one, so that had a big impact as well since LSU isn't deep there.
