Could you imagine a more insufferable combination?

Corndog meets cornpone.

Clemson is having a down year. LSU will come calling for an established coach.

You do know that pretty well guarantees that it will be the Eastern Michigan head coach right?

Not a clue who he is, but I’ll take it! Can he/she start tomorrow?

I'd bet on Napier. That's my first choice. Dude would lock LA down

Well his buyout is $47M and I doubt either Dabo or LSU will pay that.

You can rest easy, buttercup. Yours will remain one of the most insufferable fanbases in the nation.

Yeah it’ll most likely be Aranda or Napier

But neither are the prototypical Woodward hire, so we shall see

No one has any idea of knowing that. Those names get thrown around, but just because the fans are chattering about them, that doesn't mean Woodward wants either of them.

(I have nothing against either one.)

LSU can afford ANY coach they want. Woody will have NO PROBLEM getting $$ from the deep pocketed TAF members

Makes sense, he will have a good run of success at LSU for 4 years and then leave for Bama where he will coach 15+ years and become a legend.

Napier I can see, I'm not sure Aranda wants to come back to Baton Rouge.

It's not money it's the perception of LSU's issues that may hold some quality coaches back.
