Is Auburn willing to give Chad more than two years to recruit his players and install more than 30% of his offense?
He also needs to slim his o linemen down to a 288lb average so they can be more mobile and block down field.
Oh,and you'll need at least a dozen qbs to run his system effectively.

Obviously Chad isn't the only problem at AU, but if you look at their tendency to pass when the obvious choice is run, that's a Chad wrinkle.
