I’m thankful for COVID for one reason...

It has made the flu and all other diseases/viruses go away....give thanks for the little things...

Im 60 years old. I had covid. the flu was much worse.

The ONLY positive from COVID is my retirement account has quadrupled

I’m glad for you but this isn’t the reality for many. I don’t think it’s the plague or anything but I have two family members that are healthy people and both had it. One had to be hospitalized and one was bed ridden for over a week. Described it as a really bad flu and the recovery has been slow. Very low energy. Both much younger than you. Not over weight and no pre existing conditions.
