There's your problem. One of those teams wasn't there.

it must suck knowing that R Kansas will never play in one. much less win one.

Just keep working at it.
You’ve accomplished something many fans only dream about through your focus, effort, and ability.

You got to watch your team drop 63 on Tennessee and that was glorious. I enjoyed that almost as much as I did watching Georgia beat Ohio State and TCU.

It helps when you play TCU. Texas Christian.
And? they were/are the #2 team in the country. They beat Michigan.
quote:Which means exactly nothing. Everybody wanted a playoff. You got the layoff. that was supposed to pit the two best teams. Now, a ton of people want to expand to 12 teams. This will only get worse. (The bad, lopsided games)
Quick name 2 players. Name an assistant coach. What’s the name of the stadium? Do you personally know anybody who has attended a game there?
Exactly.
In 2019 LSU beat a failing (program wise) Clemson. Does that make your title any less noteworthy? No.
Exactly.
As for the two players? Without looking Johnston (probably the #1 WR to be picked in the draft) and Duggan.
Stadium? Why would I care about what stadium they played in? I couldn't name the name of half the SEC stadiums.

Can you name an assistant coach at Ohio State without looking? Clemson?

Nobody else has done it because they take their foots off the gas before it gets to that point.
Georgia put it's back up in, but then instead of just running the ball like normal teams, kept passing on 50% of it's plays.
And of course, you were basically gifted another TD a the end of the game.
It's just not an accomplishment really. Winning the game in a blowout was.

Just goes to show that if you believe in yourself, work hard, never give up, and support one of a handful of CFB programs, you too can watch other people accomplish great things.

You do know that Bennett came out at the start of the 4th quarter and we had a walk on RB running the ball, right?
Point being we had our foot off the gas and kept scoring. Our 4th string RB scored twice, and our walk on RB could have scored.
quote:No we didn't. Our backup? We had our 4th string RB and a walk on RB running the ball.

Our backup QB threw 3 passes in the 4th quarter. Pretty sure we ran more than 3 running plays.
Branson Robinson (4th string RB) ran the ball 7 times for 42 yards and 2 TDs.
Our walk on RB ran the ball 5 times and 35 yards.
Back up QB (Beck) was 2/3 for 31 yards an 0 TDs.
I am pretty sure you did not watch the game.
quote:How? Are you talking about the 1 play drive where our 4th string RB ran 19 yards for a TD?
And of course, you were basically gifted another TD a the end of the game.
Explain to me one more time how us throwing the ball 3 times in the 4th quarter was throwing the ball 50% of the time.

I totally understand your feelings, Golden. I get it.
Don't forget the Dawgs returning to the Rose Bowl for the first time since the 1942 national title season (beating UCLA), beating Oklahoma.
CKS is the man of hour these days and I'm loving it.
