These aren't benard's. And even if they were it's the only brand of frozen crawfish I can get within a hour's drive. I could get some semi fresh whole ones, but not going through that trouble just to get meat for a stuffing.

The only Chinese-exported skrimps I've ever seen are the ones fisherman use for bait. The packaging very clearly says "Not fit for human consumption."
I take that approach with anything from China.
