What is chinese crawfish and shrimp?
The shrimp I'll get from foodland thaw and as fresh as we can get it here. The crawfish will be tails and frozen, but that's about the only way you can that here either, but they are from Louisiana.
I'll check the shrimp for slanted eyes.
