yes it is... I've had hog brains, deer heart, chitlins, oysters, mussels, gator, rabbit, squirrel, sushit, etc, etc, etc. They are all pretty good. Liver tastes like arse.

Actually, i bet arse is pretty good cooked right.

Liver tastes horrible. Not good at all, just plain bad.

I like gamey too, that's not gamey, liver taste like what it is. A organ that filters out poisons.

Yep. I like them baked with several different toppings too.
